SIGNING UP MEANS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. A site must be a predominantly PAGAN, WITCHCRAFT, NEW AGE or contain other MYSTICAL themes with relevant material to be listed on this Topsites.

  2. You must place the voting code we give you in a CONSPICUOUS location on your site. If we can't easily find it, your site will be deleted out of fairness to everyone else on the list.

  3. Your banner cannot exceed a file size of 20k and 480=Height 300=Width.

  4. Banners must be served from your site. (See explanation below on how to do this)

  5. ALL EXCESSIVELY LARGE BANNERS WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT WARNING ALONG WITH THE ENTIRE SITE. Please follow the rules.

  6. Banners that load faster receive more traffic from this site, so make THE FILE SIZE of your banner as small as possible!!!

  7. NO banners that cause automatic pop-ups are allowed on this site!

  8. NO multiple entries for the same site. All entries will be deleted if submitted more than once.

  9. NO SPAMMING TO GET VOTES! Do not contact people by EMAIL, CHAT LINES or NEWSGROUPS to get them to vote for you. THIS MAKES PEOPLE IRRATIONALLY ANGRY. The added traffic to the site is not worth people writing to us complaining about spammers, so please don't do it.

    SPAMMERS WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE AND BLOCKED!!! NO EXCEPTIONS.

  10. Sites can be deleted without notice for any infraction of the rules. The rules are simple and benefit everyone. Please follow them.

However, we can only show your banner on this site if you use your bandwidth.
